Here are some poses that beginners can easily master. Start with a Mountain Pose. Standing tall and reaching towards the stars, you should feel like you’re in the mountains. Feel grounded while still feeling uplifted. You need to find stability within.
Next is the Cat-Cow stretches, a gentle movement between two poses which feels like an instant massage to your spine. Imagine yourself as either a sleeping cow or cat that has just woken up. The key is fluidity.
Child’s Pose: your personal retreat when life gets too noisy. Let gravity do the work. Kneel and stretch. The same as pressing pause to stress and playing on peace.
It is important to breathe. Imagine breathing as the glue which holds everything into place. Deep breathing calms your mind and soothes frazzled nervousness faster than anything else.
